01Is there a lift? What if I have mobility needs or large luggage?＋
BAYIT is a townhouse-style design guesthouse with no lift. Guest rooms are on floors 2 to 4, and the fifth-floor lounge is exclusively for guests of the Verdant Suite. If your party includes older guests, guests with limited mobility, or anyone carrying large luggage, please contact us before booking so we can help assess which room may be suitable.
02Is parking available?＋
There are 2 dedicated car parking spaces at the guesthouse entrance. Spaces are limited; please contact us about parking arrangements when booking.
03Where in Tainan is BAYIT located?＋
BAYIT is in Anping District at No. 6, Aly. 2, Ln. 419, Sec. 4, Minquan Rd., Anping Dist., Tainan City, Taiwan.
04What room types are available?＋
BAYIT offers double rooms and a four-person suite, each with its own materials, light and atmosphere.
05What private spaces are included with the four-person suite?＋
Guests of the Verdant Suite have exclusive use of the fifth-floor lounge, with massage chairs, a hanging chair, board games, books and a balcony.
06How can I book at the moment?＋
Please contact BAYIT on our official LINE account, @bay666, to check availability and make a booking.
07Is whole-property booking available?＋
Yes. BAYIT can be booked exclusively for families, friends and small groups. Please contact us for availability and booking details.
08What are the check-in and check-out times?＋
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM.
09Can I arrange a late check-out?＋
Please arrange late check-out in advance. It is NT$200 per hour, up to 12:00 noon. Check-out by 12:15 PM incurs an NT$600 fee; check-out after 1:00 PM is charged as one additional night.
10What are the house rules?＋
To protect the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking, illegal drugs and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property (guide dogs are welcome). Please keep noise low after 10:00 PM, switch off lights and air conditioning when leaving the room, and keep valuables with you. Please care for all in-room facilities; damage is charged at replacement cost. Room items are BAYIT property and must not be removed. If you notice any missing or damaged items on arrival, please notify us that day; otherwise the room will be considered complete at check-in for any later assessment.
11Any sustainability and cleanliness reminders?＋
Please conserve water and electricity. Dispose of sanitary products in the bin, not the toilet, and help keep the shared environment clean.
